Word of the Day: Crosswalk Creeping

More Pedestrian Updates

A word of the day:

Crosswalk CreepingThe act of slowing pulling one’s vehicle forward into the pedestrian crosswalk while parked at a red light, for the purpose of preempting a green light. Example:

As I was about to walk across the street, this idiot  began crosswalk creeping without even noticing I was there. I soon made my presence known with a resounding thump to his hood.

Useful word-thanks Coco.
